UAI is committed to delivering timely and effective emergency relief to communities affected by natural disasters and crises, ensuring they receive the necessary support to recover and rebuild their lives.

UAI is dedicated to strengthening health systems to meet Universal Health Coverage (UHC), ensuring that all people have access to quality health services they need, when and where they need them, without financial hardship.

Recent Campaigns

Thanksgiving Food Drive. New Jersey, USA
Through a generous donation from The John P. Stevens High School Chapter of National Honor Society, Uplift Alive partnered with Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges (IFPO) to pack holiday bags with groceries including turkey, rice, beans, milk, and spices.
On November 27th, 2024, IFPO donated grocery bags to 1,057 individuals in New Jersey.

Empowering Youth through Entrepreneurship. Bukavu, Congo
In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), we launched a youth entrepreneurship program empowering underserved communities. We provided targeted workshops, micro-grants, and mentorship to young entrepreneurs aged 18-35, focusing on women and economically
disadvantaged individuals. By supporting small-scale agricultural, handicraft, and technology-enabled businesses, we helped 75 young people create sustainable economic opportunities in marginalized regions.

Flood Resilience in Mathare. Nairobi, Kenya
Partnering with Community Health Promoters, we visited flood survivors in Mathare, Nairobi, bringing essential supplies such as food, toiletries and clothing to those who had lost everything, while witnessing the community's remarkable unity and resilience. The floods exacerbated the already impoverished conditions under which residents were living.
